We are delighted to announce that on 25th January 2021, development work will start on our new veterinary clinic on Princes Road, Ramsgate – just 0.5 miles for our current site and close to The Viaduct.
Having outgrown our existing site, it’s been difficult to offer the level of service we want to. We have listened to our clients’ feedback and over the next few months we will be developing a new spacious surgery. We believe this will exceed expectations and create an experience for clients and their pets, like no other vets in the area!
Our current surgery in the High Street will be relocating to the new building Summer 2021.
This much larger site will offer an exciting range of additional services and facilities in a modern environment whilst maintaining a warm and friendly feel. In a central location, the site will also have on-site parking including disabled access (Step Free Access) and a well-lit entrance.
The site will enable us to grow the surgery to include:
- four consulting rooms – allowing a greater availability of appointments
- spacious reception and waiting area
- separate dog and cat wards – keeping stress to a minimum for our patients
- walk-in kennels for large breeds
- two large dedicated operating theatres
- dedicated dental and medical imaging suites
- and ample parking!
We are passionate about giving our clients the best customer service and clinical care for their pets and this move will enable us to do both. We will be posting developments on our Facebook & Instagram.
In the meantime, our services and opening hours are as normal at our current surgery in the High Street.
